I bring a lot of life experience combined with thoughtful support and I truly care for people who want to change and live happier lives. I can help you make the changes so you can achieve your true potential, your life works better and you can feel better.

I am a strong sensible woman who grew up on a farm and learned the value of work.

Entering the world of counseling after two decades as a nurse provided lots of life experience. I raised two big strong sons as a single mom and I am a trauma survivor. I’ve learned from painful disappointments and gained wisdom along the way. I can help you tap into your internal wisdom so you are able to find your own personal right path to a better life.

As you can see, I like to get to the point, be honest and move forward. That’s my style and if you think that would work for you, then let’s get together and explore the path to find the future you want to achieve.
